Structure: Our membership is divided into five categories
with a variety of classifications to reflect the local dynamic:

Developer
member is any land developer company or individual
Builder
member is any residential, commercial, industrial
or institutional builder company or individual
Consultant
member is any individual or company engaged in
consulting directly related to land or real estate development
or construction
Supporting
member is any other individual or company engaged
in any business that provides supporting services directly
related to land or real estate development or construction
Corresponding
member is an individual or company whose personal,
educational or business interests are related to land,
real estate development or construction but which is not
currently active in the industry. |

Membership
Rates: Classifications are determined by the Board based
on the nature of the business of the company and its size or
volume of business relative to like businesses in the Bow Valley:
